Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of riclabnail.com and any order you place with us. RICLABNAIL is operated by RICLAB LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

Products and descriptions

Our press-on sets are hand-finished, so small variations in paint, finish and placement are normal and are not defects. Product photography is shot under studio lighting and colours may appear differently on your screen. Sizes and shapes are described on each product page and in our Size Guide.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is placed.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
  • We may refuse, limit or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, an address cannot be validated, or a payment fails verification. You will be refunded in full.
  • Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout; import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Custom-size orders

Custom-size sets are made to the measurements you provide, so please check them carefully before confirming. Because they are made to order, they can only be cancelled before production starts and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Safe use

Press-on nails are a cosmetic product for external use only. Keep nail glue away from eyes, skin and mouth, and out of reach of children. Follow the steps in How to Apply, never force a set off, and stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Do not apply to damaged or infected nails.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, text and branding on this store are owned by RICLAB LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it, or to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing. Any review or content you submit may be displayed by us, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Third-party links

The store may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The store and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Kentucky have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
